Hypeline is a motivational text-message subscription operated by DA 140 Solutions LLC. By texting the service or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service

Hypeline sends automated motivational text messages over iMessage, in the character voice and at the cadence you configure by text. You must be at least 13, use an iPhone (iMessage-capable device), and only sign up a phone number you own or control.

Billing

• Plans: $5/month or $45/year, billed by Stripe, auto-renewing until canceled.
• Cancel anytime by texting STOP or through the billing portal (text BILLING for the link). Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period; no further renewals.
• Refunds are handled case by case — email us and we'll be reasonable.

Important limits of the service

• Hypeline is motivational entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
• It is not a crisis service and is not monitored in real time. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US) or your local emergency number.
• Message delivery depends on Apple's iMessage network and your carrier; we don't guarantee any specific delivery time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to disrupt it, resell it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend or end service for abuse, with a refund of any unused period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DA 140 Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
