Hypeline is a motivational text-message subscription operated by DA 140 Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your phone number — it's your account. We have no usernames, passwords, or profiles.
• Messages you send to Hypeline — your setup answers (timezone, texting window, frequency, intensity, voice, goal) and any commands or replies you text us. We keep a message history so the service can avoid repeating itself and so support can see what happened.
• Payment details, held by Stripe — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive your subscription status and an email address you provide at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic service records — delivery logs and events (signed up, paid, paused, stopped) needed to run and debug the service.

How we use it

To run Hypeline: schedule and send your texts, respond to your commands, bill your subscription, and fix problems. That's the whole list.

What we never do

• We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We never use your messages to train AI models.
• We never text you after you say STOP (outside of a one-time confirmation).

Who we share with

Only the vendors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (web hosting) — each processing data on our behalf. We disclose information if legally compelled, and we'd tell you unless prohibited.

Messaging terms

You only receive texts because you texted us first. Message frequency is the amount you choose during setup (up to 7 per day, adjustable anytime with MORE or LESS). Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Text STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for assistance.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Text STOP to end the service; to have your data deleted entirely, email us at the address below and we'll remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

Hypeline is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
